In the class above, I was asked what Yoga / Balance Ball I recommend for working BJJ Drills? We are using 65cm balls here. However I would recommend going 55cm or less to begin with as the smaller balls better represent the human body. However, testing out a few sizes is best. For Combat Base drills where we are not touching the floor, the larger balance balls are absolutely fine for these tasks. However when sitting out, sprawling, and bridging, I prefer the 55cm and below. You can pick different sizes in the affiliate link below, for which we receive a small fee which supports our BJJ club.
